RENTAL PACKAGES

You may BYOB with a valid insurance certificate. You may bring your own food.  You may hire our bar.

MINI EVENT– $395  ( Ideal for Showers, Luncheons and Post Funeral Receptions )

  • 1 hour set-up time
  • 3 hours of event time
  • Soda Gun and Ice included
  • Not available after 4:00 pm

STANDARD EVENT– $675 ( Ideal for Anniversaries, Birthdays and Fundraisers )

  • 1 hour of set-up time
  • 5 hours of event time
  • Available 7 days a week
  • Soda Gun and Ice included
  • Special rate – early set up, additional 1 hour – $50 (must be requested before contract is signed)
  • Additional $275 for Saturdays after 5:00 pm

BUSINESS EVENT– $275 ( Ideal for Workshops, Training Sessions )

  • Available from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Available Monday through Friday
  • Includes: Internet Access, Projector & Screen, Podium, Microphone, Tables and Chairs set-up, West River Hall staff clean up
  • Additional $100 for table linens
  • For meetings one hour or more, rental fee is provided upon request.

GRAND EVENT– $275 ( Ideal for Workshops, Training Sessions )

  • 4 hours of set-up time
  • 5 hours of event time
  • Soda Gun and Ice Included
  • Full Use of Kitchen
  • LCD Projector
  • Clean-up and break down tables
  • Available 7 days a week
  • Additional $275 for Saturdays after 5:00 pm

WEDDING PACKAGE
November-May: $1,795
June-October: $2,395
( Does not include liquor or bar supplies, kitchen supplies, table skirts, chair covers, or decorating )

  • 6 hours of set-up time same day as wedding
  • 5 hours of event time
  • Tables and chairs set-up and put away
  • 19 single linens for guest tables
  • 5 Banquet tables
  • Includes full room mood lighting and LED dance lighting
  • Full use of kitchen and bridal suite
  • Use of patio grill
  • Soda Gun and Ice
  • West River Hall staff clean up
  • Renter is responsible for cleaning up and removing all reception-related items and trash to dumpster

  • LED Dance Lighting – $250 (included w/ Wedding Package)
  • Full Room Mood Lighting – $75 (included w/ Wedding Package)

  • Early entry – $75/hour (must be requested before contract is signed)
  • Extended event time – $115/hour (must be requested before contract is signed)
  • Use of Projector – $50
  • Use of Commercial Gas Grill – $50
  • Fire Pyramid – $75 (see our lighting video here)
  • Soda Gun & Ice (unless included in package) – $75
  • Full use of kitchen by your caterer for up to 3 hrs. – $150 ($50/additional hour)
  • Caterer references available upon request
  • Bar Service references available for an additional fee. You may BYOB with valid insurance certificate.

Deposit:

$250.00 Due with application/agreement and payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.
$400.00 Due with application for wedding reception.

Refundable Security Deposit:

$250.00 security charge will be added to the agreement and refunded 3 days after the event provided all conditions have been adhered to.
